General Terms and Conditions
1. On Line Shopping Cart or Mail Order shopping from Sope Cash Register
Limited (Cash Register Till Rolls) is for sale and delivery of goods
within the following area's:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Northern Ireland
2. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT @ 15% Sope
Cash Register Limited will try to maintain the price as advertised but
we reserve the right to change the price before you place an order.
3. Different rates apply for Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Please

- Royal Mail (Recorded delivery service) for smaller goods

4. Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, depending on weekday or weekend. Cash Registers/Peripherals may take longer depending on customer set up requirements.
5. Sope Cash Register Limited tries to maintain a stock of most popular
Cash Registers/Peripherals, Till Rolls and Ink Consumables. We will
endeavor to obtain stock items within (3) working days if not available,
however due to the supply from distributors all items must be subject to
availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be
fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
6. Sope Cash Register Limited will advise by e-mail or phone when goods
are dispatched, with an expected delivery day. If a product was to
become lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as
possible.

far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your

held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures
unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering
from our site.
Cheque (or) Postal Order
Post, Fax or e-mail your order to us and will send you a pro-forma
invoice, on receipt of your cheque or Postal Order made payable to Sope
Cash Register Limited (to the address below) the goods will be
dispatched.

Sope Cash Register Limited are Licensed Credit Brokers. We can provide
Leasing (Subject to Status) and (Conditions) from (1) to (5) Years.

Guarantee
All products are covered by a 12 months "RTB" Return to Base Gaurantee,
unless stated otherwise. In the unlikley event that you need to return
the goods to us for repair. Please be aware that the cost of shipping
and insurance will be yours. (We recommend you retain all original
packaging if possible). Please Note: we cannot be held responsible for
loss of data or corrupt data under any circumstances. The buyer is
responsible for software/hardware compatibility of products prior to
order and use. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will try to rectify
any faults as soon as possible, (this does not include additional
programming requirements not requested in the customers initial order
instructions) If you are unhappy with an item purchased from us, please
let us know! You are our business and if you are unhappy we will make
every effort to correct the problem. However, all refunds or returns are
entirely at the managements discretion. Sope Cash Register Limited
prides itself on offering quality products.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the
product with all manuals, attachments and packaging to Sope Cash
Register Limited within 7 days of purchase. Products which have found to
have no faults or where the customer has simply changed their mind will
be refunded, subject to a 30% + VAT restocking charge. We will not
accept any returns not in original packaging. Please keep all boxes and
packaging in the event of a fault. Any damage or incomplete or missing
parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Sope Cash Register
Limited accepts no liability after this period. If goods are missing or
damaged please call (0845) 201 2575. Postage costs for delivery to and
from Sope Cash Register Limited are billed to customer and cannot be
refunded. In case of a refund, delivery costs are not refunded. You may
use your own courier, for collection of goods paid in full.

only and do not affect customers statutory rights.

subject to availability and as a result of continuing product

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Directive (WEEE) applies to companies that manufacture, sell, and
distribute electrical and electronic equipment in the E.U.
The Directive aims to reduce the amount of waste arising from electrical
and electronic equipment, and improve the environmental performance of
everything involved in the lifecycle of electrical and electronic
equipment.
- Producers (manufacturers or importers) of electrical and electronic equipment will be required to register in their countries.
- Private households will be able to return their WEEE to collection facilities free of charge and producers will be responsible for financing these facilities.
- Producers will be required to achieve a series of demanding recycling and recovery targets.
- Producers will be required to mark their products with the 'crossed out wheeled bin' (shown at the end of this page). This symbol indicates that the equipment carrying this mark must NOT be thrown into general waste but should be collected separately and properly recycled under local regulations.
Users of electrical and electronic equipment in the E.U. can therefore play an important role in reducing WEEE and helping the environment by separating out WEEE and disposing of it properly.
Sope Cash Register Limited is committed to minimising the impact it’s products have on the environment and complying with the WEEE Directive.
However…
There are no obligations for distributors in relation to sales of non household WEEE, or for the take back of non household WEEE. However as part of the supply chain for non household EEE, we may be asked to assist producers and non household end users in discharging their obligations under the WEEE Regulations.
